Aspi Deboo via Facebook : 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, born 1942 passed away in April 2019 as per his obituary. There is reference to wife Margaret but no children mentioned.

My Kaka 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, also known as 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, later was the chief engineer of a ship in the British Merchant Navy. He married one 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐚 𝐁𝐲𝐫𝐝 who did not approve of his Indian origins. My grandparents also disapproved of the marriage. My Kaka’s ship was torpedoed in the second world war and he lost his life. However he had a son named Lionel. The family lived in South Shields UK. Through some old correspondence I managed yo locate the parish church and wrote to the priest there for his help. He informed me that Dorothea had passed away as she had cancer, but refused to divulge the location of my cousin. Can anyone help? Shireen Master-Bharucha via Facebook.
